The Hong Kong Primary Schools Debating Championship is Hong Kong’s national debating championship for primary students (Years 3–6), open to public, private and international schools. Capstone Debate organises the event with host venue Malvern College Hong Kong.

What to expect
賽制
Modified WSDC — teams of 3, 4-minute speeches, 30 minutes’ prep, all-impromptu motions.
Eligibility
Primary Year Levels 3–6 from any school type. Composite teams allowed; no experience needed.
Fees
Up to 2 teams per school free; HKD 180/person after, including lunch, prizes, judges, kits & transport.
Awards
Champions, Finalists & Top 10 Best Speakers; Champions prize HKD 2,500. Certificates for all.
Venue
Malvern College Hong Kong, Pak Shek Kok. 8:30am–6:00pm.
