We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of our debaters at the Hong Kong Debate Open 2026, held from 3 to 5 April. In a standout showing, our Champions Jimi F. (CIS) and Moses L. (CIS) also swept the top speaker honours, with Moses earning Finals Best Speaker and Jimi taking 1st Best Senior Speaker.

A huge congratulations to our Champions: Jimi F. (CIS) and Moses L. (CIS). We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Finalists: Mollie M. (HKIS) in the Open category, Yifu X. (BCIS) in the Senior category, Kyle W. (KG) in the Junior category, and Luke S. (CIS) in the Elementary category. Well done also to our Semifinalists: Aiden T. (CIS) and Emi R. (CIS) in the Open category, Miya L. (CIS) and Sarah C. (HKIS) in the Junior category, and Hanson K. (DBS) and Ryan Q. (HKIS) in the Senior category. Further congratulations go to our Senior Pre-Semifinalists Adrian W. (HKIS), Gwyneth C. (DGS), and Nathalie N. (HISHK), and to our Junior Quarterfinalists Alissa M. (VSA), Angela Q. (DGS), Kevin H. (ISF), and Theodore W. (HKIS).

Individual speaker awards also went to many of our students. In the Senior category, Jimi F. (CIS) placed 1st Best, Mollie M. (HKIS) 2nd Best, Moses L. (CIS) 4th Best, and Adrian W. (HKIS) 9th Best, with Ryan Q. (HKIS) and Yifu X. (BCIS) tied for 11th Best, followed by Aiden T. (CIS) at 13th Best, Nathalie N. (HISHK) at 14th Best, and Hanson K. (DBS) at 16th Best. In the Junior category, Emi R. (CIS) and Kyle W. (KG) tied for 3rd Best, Gwyneth C. (DGS) placed 6th Best, Theodore W. (HKIS) 9th Best, and Angela Q. (DGS) and Sarah C. (HKIS) tied for 16th Best. In the Elementary category, Luke S. (CIS) earned 2nd Best Speaker.
