Capstone reached the finals in two divisions at the Seasons WSDC 2026, held on 5-6 September. Adrian W. (HKIS), Aiden T. (CIS), Hanson K. (DBS) and Ryan Q. (HKIS) were Open Finalists, while Alissa M. (VSA), Angela Q. (DGS), Ava Y. (HKIS) and Sarah C. (HKIS) finished as Under-16 Finalists.
Beyond the finals, five Capstone debaters advanced to the Partial Quarterfinals: Ka Yin L. (HFC), Kelly A. (SPCC), Nora C. (CDNIS), Shi Qi O. (CIS) and Valerie S. (ISF).
Capstone debaters also had a series of individual accomplishments as well. In the Open division, Aiden T. (CIS) placed 2nd, Adrian W. (HKIS) 3rd, Hanson K. (DBS) 5th, Ryan Q. (HKIS) 7th and Nora C. (CDNIS) 10th; in the Under-16 standings, Nora C. (CDNIS) took 4th, Valerie S. (ISF) 5th and Angela Q. (DGS) 9th.
