We are thrilled to announce outstanding results from our students at the Malaysia International WSDC 2026, held from 25–26 April. In a remarkable collective showing, Capstone students swept the top three Overall Speaker Awards at the tournament. Well done to our Quarterfinalists: Ann S. (CIS), Gwyneth C. (DGS), Ava Y. (HKIS), Ka Yin L. (HFC), Nora C. (CDNIS), Valerie S. (ISF), Jacky X. (GSIS), and Wesley W. (GSIS) in the Open category, and to Dana C. (CIS) and Miya L. (CIS) for reaching the Under-16 Quarterfinals. Further congratulations to Hanson K. (DBS) and Kyle W. (KG) for advancing to the Octofinals.

Individual speaker awards also went to an impressive number of our students. Ka Yin L. (HFC) earned both the 1st Best Overall Speaker and 1st Best Under-16 Speaker awards. Ava Y. (HKIS) placed 2nd Best Overall and 2nd Best Under-16 Speaker, while Gwyneth C. (DGS) placed 3rd Best Overall and 3rd Best Under-16 Speaker. Further accolades go to Valerie S. (ISF) for 5th Best, Kyle W. (KG) for 9th Best, Ann S. (CIS) for 15th Best, and Wesley W. (GSIS) for 19th Best Overall Speaker. Congratulations to all our debaters on this exceptional result.
