In an increasingly competitive landscape, we believe that it is essential for students to develop key skills to create a strong foundation in critical thinking and communication. With enrichment courses centered on writing and presentation, mentorship programs, test prep resources, and a robust academic consulting service, Capstone pioneers leadership and long-term skill development.
Capstone cultivates skills for a lifetime. Our students learn to analyze issues and solve problems. Our students learn to present with confidence and write with clarity. Our students challenge their own limits, exceed in their respective fields, and lay the groundwork for future success.

Debating at Capstone
Our Focus: WSDC & WUDC
We specialize in WSDC (World Schools Debating Championship) and WUDC (World Universities Debating Championship) formats – the 3v3 and BP styles respectively. These formats are the cornerstone of competitive debating worldwide.
Building Debating Prowess
Our training starts with the fundamentals: constructing and deconstructing arguments, critical thinking, and persuasive delivery. We build confidence from the ground up, starting with shorter speeches and progressively increasing length and complexity to reach a competitive level.
Transferable Skills for All Formats
The skills you gain through WSDC and WUDC training are invaluable assets in any debating format. Whether you’re competing locally in SingTao or Bar Debates, participating in Model United Nations, or even striving for the World Individual Debate and Public Speaking Championship (WIDPSC) the skills you hone here will give you a competitive edge.
Our Team
The Capstone coaching team brings together elite debaters who have consistently excelled at the highest levels of competition worldwide. Each coach has not only broken at major international tournaments but has also claimed victories at prestigious championships. Their combined experience spans different debate circuits and judging pools, giving them unique insight into what makes arguments truly world-class. This competitive pedigree translates directly into their teaching – they know precisely what it takes to succeed on the global stage because they’ve done it themselves.
